Yesterday Thea visited the Adult Services Centre of Inspire. The centre helps the disabled people. She send acapella the version of My dream and those present joined her during her performace.Before she left Thea took time to sign autographs and take some photos.

AT 22.15 the plane with Thea and Maltese contingent landed at the Malta International Airport. Thea was greeted by hundreds of Maltese fans and family members at the arrivals section. THEA GARRETT PERFORMS AT HARD ROCK CAFE IN OSLO

Despite Tuesday’s disappointing result for Malta, Malta’s representative Thea Garrett is still being invited to perform during various events. Amongst these Thea performed at the Snuget Bar which is now being used as the official Euroclub during the Eurovision period. The event organized by OGAE International and hosted by Eric Lehmann saw Thea performing My Dream once again.

Thea was also interviewed by various television stations and journalists.
The 18-year old singer also had the opportunity to perform on Thursday evening at the Hard Rock Cafe in Oslo at Karl Johans Gate. Thea performed live following sound check and rehearsals in the afternoon.
Thea Garrett and the Maltese Delegation will return to Malta on Sunday night.

Eurovision Song Contest 2010-update 23:00

23:00 Malta did not qulaify for the final round.The usual story eastern countries passed alltogether. Thea gave a great performance and should have qualified for the final round. But anyway the story of the eurovision goes on and on. Goodnight to you all Thea Garrett Fans.

Thea’s last rehearsal

It was an important day for Thea Garrett  as she took the Telenor Arena stage once again for her third and final rehearsal. The performance was described as her best yet and now it is up to the people and jury to vote for the song. Tonight during the 55th edition, 10 out of 17 songs  will be making it to the final to be held next Saturday.
incidentally yesterday marked the Eurovision’s birthday as the first edition was held on 24 May 1956.
Thea’s day was also filled with emotions following a telephone call from the President of Malta George Abela who wished her the best of luck in tonight’s contest. Thea also received a visit from the parents and brother who arrived in Oslo during the night.
Also a group of other Maltese friends and fans arrived last night and this morning waited for Thea at the reception lobby to wish her all the best of luck before she took off to the arena for her  rehearsals.
Thea Garrett  will be performing tonight in the eleventh position with My Dream by Jason Cassar and Sunny Aquilina.
The 55th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Oslo and is broadcast on TVM from 21.00.
